CREDENTIAL SUMMARY

Anissa is a graduate of Nova University, Shepard Broad School of Law in Davie, Florida and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1994.  She has been employed during that time in various areas of real estate law, including title work, closings and representation of lending institutions in foreclosure, eviction and local code enforcement matters.  In addition, she has many years of experience at local and state levels in government acquisition of land in litigated, high priority eminent domain takings cases.  Her position as an eminent domain attorney involved collaboration with appraisers, engineers and land planning experts in relation to the acquired land, and also provided for frequent involvement with local municipalities in relation to land use issues.  She is currently a board member in a non-profit organization, which is involved in raising capital for the improvement of a private school in her local community and reviewing of real estate issues and proposed future building plans.
