Mr. Watson is the senior managing attorney for the firm. Mr. Watson graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Risk Management. He received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1982.

Mr. Watson has been a practicing attorney in the State of Florida for the past sixteen years. He specializes in the area of real property law with a concentration in title insurance and foreclosure litigation. Mr. Watson served as the Senior Vice President, National Lending Division, of Fidelity National Title Company, which is the fourth largest underwriter in the nation. In 1985, Mr. Watson formed The Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson, P.A., with the sole mission of representing mortgage lenders and servicers in the State of Florida.

Mr. Watson is a member of The Florida Bar and The Georgia Bar Association.
