Position
Attorney - Qualified attorneys must be a member in good standing with the
Florida Bar; must have 3+ years of foreclosure or bankruptcy experience; must
have job stability; and must be able to work independently with a large
caseload;
- MUST be admitted into all 3 District Courts in Florida (Middle, Northern and
Southern)
- 3-5 year of bankruptcy experience is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Management experience a plus
- Must be very organized and computer literate and have
- Minimum five years Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy experience.
- Retired or Non practicing attorney are welcome to apply.

Mediation Attorney - To be considered for this Mediation Attorney
position, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Mediation attorney with 2+ years of solid Florida law firm experience handling
mediations.
- Experience representing corporate clients in civil or administrative hearings
- Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- A strong team player

Title Examiner-
Job Responsibilities:
- Examine titles ranging in complexity to determine status of title or establish
chain of title
- Abstract and analyze deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, easements, judgments, tax
assessments, mineral reservations, and other applicable instruments
- Verifying vesting and encumbrances to title
- Preparing worksheets and title reports
- Reviewing typed reports and addendums for accuracy and forwarding to Legal Staff
& Support Staff

Paralegal for Post Judgment Department-
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned foreclosure sale portfolio by preparing Motions and Scheduling
Hearings for court
- Preparing Foreclosure Sale Bidding Instructions
- Verifying vesting and encumbrances to title
- Communicate with clients via specific client systems (i.e. Lenstar, Vendorscape
, LPS, & BPI)
