We presently offer our title policies to be written under Fidelity National Title, First American Title and Attorneys Title Insurance Fund. Although we only use these mentioned companies as our underwriters, our employees have many contacts at numerous other underwriters including Stuart Title & Republic Title to name a few.

Watson Title is a regular attendee at the Spring/Fall REO MAC conferences which take place in several states each year. The conferences offer various real estate-related workshops, lectures, training and social activities and are attended by nationwide lenders, real estate agents and title companies.
